SUGARTHIEF are a young Indie band from Penkridge in Staffordshire (UK). Formed by brothers – Jordi James (Vocal/Guitar) and Jack James (Guitar), the band also includes ex-school friends Luke Owen (Bass) and Reece Downton (Drums).

Formed in the Summer of 2015 the bands jangly guitar riffs, insanely catchy choruses and poppy basslines combine to create a unique sound that is making waves in Birmingham’s Indie music scene and beyond.

In recent months they’ve headlined some of Birmingham’s premier venues, such as: The Rainbow Rooms, The Oobleck, The Sunflower Lounge and recently played to a sold out audience at O2 Academy 3.

Formed during a cold winter in Southern England, Cavaliers came together through a mutual love of pub lunches and seventeenth century monarchs. The outcome has resulted in a collection of infectiously catchy indie jaunts.

Cavaliers have had the pleasure of playing shows with the likes of King Charles, Don Broco, TTNG and Johnny Borrell. Their tracks have received airplay from BBC 6 Music via Tom Robinson’s Mixtape and BBC Introducing – The South with Melita Dennett.

Bel Esprit was a fund Ezra Pound made for T.S. Eliot to get him out of his day job and write poetry full time. It is now also a band. A 4-piece indie/alternative rock band based in Southampton, Bel Esprit brings the youthful energy of the noughties indie scene together with the artistry of Andy Warhol’s factory and the beat generation.

The quartet, based in Southampton, have had a fantastic couple of years, playing sets at Isle of Wight Festival, Y Not Festival and Common People Festival as well as playing sold out shows at Southampton’s Joiners, Sheffield’s Plug and Camden’s prestigious Barfly with acts such as Ezra Furman, Sundara Karma and Nothing But Thieves.
